Last month the online workshop 'Product-based planning' of MareVisie Projectmanagement took place. Three of their representatives taught our committee members the theory of this project management method and how they apply it to their own projects. Then our members then got to work in small groups by implementing this for their own event or activity. Many thanks to Marevisie, a lot of new insights were gained from this workshop!
