The first period of academic year 2020-2021 has just been finished. Due to the coronavirus, the education is a lot different than in other years.
Students are mostly working from home and don't see much of what's happening at the faculty. A lot of effort is put in to optimalize fulfilling the students in their needs. Gezelschap Leeghwater has organized several activities to further support the students, for example by having lectures to get the new first-year students started, a training on studying online and exam trainings. Furthermore, the term for applying for exams has been adjusted and in the final two weeks of the first quarter there were spots available in 3mE for students to reserve for studying. Finally, the new Master's programma, Robotics, has been launched this september.
